Getting out of bed at 4:30am 6 days a week, unmotivated, preparing for another 1.5 hour drive to a job site in the middle of nowhere, to start at 7, where I'd spend 10-12 hours working hard, drive home, have dinner and be in bed by 9 to be able to do it all again the next day.

    I had debt up to the eyeballs, struggling to make ends meet, stressed, wondering where I would get the money to pay my electricity bill, let alone the dozen other bills that were piling up, not to mention where I'd get the money for the next mortgage payment.


    I was supposed to be supporting my family, but instead I felt like I was failing. I hated it. 

    My health was at an all time low with all the fast food I was eating whilst on the road, no time for the gym, no downtime to relax and enjoy life and worst of all, I would only see my newborn son for barely 30 minutes before he'd be put down to sleep for the night. 

    This was not the way I wanted to live. My family were relying on me and I couldn't help but think that there was a better way.

    That Sunday morning, my wife mentioned something that would change the course of our life forever, it was a comment that was conversational...it certainly wasn't a "Hey Ronnie, this is how you're going to hang up your tool belt forever..." kind of comment. 

    As she was laying in bed on her iPad, scrolling through a flash sales website she innocently mentioned that she'd wish that there was a site like that for baby gear.

    The Moment That Changed My Life Forever...

    Immediately I got on my computer and started researching to see if there was a business like the one she had mentioned earlier, and to my astonishment, there was nothing. That is the moment that changed my life forever and started me on the path to where I am today.

    Within 3 hours I had managed to borrow some money from family, find a web designer, and had put together the wireframe of how I wanted my new website to be built. This was the first moment I started overspending on my new business. I agreed to a $35,000 contract to have my site built with a web designer that I'd met only hours earlier.

    Bambino Brands was born and I put a hard line in the sand that I wanted it to launch on the 15th of August. Everything I did was focused on that date, finding suppliers, getting a warehouse, buying sorting tables and preparing for that first day I would eventually open.

    That date rolled around very quickly and the launch could not have gone any better. 

    In my first week I had a gross revenue of over $10,000! I thought I had made it and had taken the first step to realising my dreams.

    Little did I know...all those products I had just sold were about to rock up to my warehouse. This threw a spanner in the works. 

    Not only did I have to find new suppliers/brands for campaigns that barely lasted a week in the sales on the website, I had to pack all the orders as well.

    I was in hustle mode and for the next 12 months I focused on growing my business. I'd cut my teeth on Facebook, building a highly engaged business page and running ads that were costing me a fortune. 

    I had no idea what I was doing. All I knew was I had to spend money to make money. I was spending stupid! Very quickly I was spending more than I should have been to acquire customers and I needed help.

    I was dreaming big, working hard and believing I could achieve anything. I started thinking about how I could get Bambino Brands acquired and started working on a plan to get in front of the big dogs. 

    I needed money, that much was obvious. The business piqued the curiosity of the biggest flash sales site in Australia and we started hanging out and talking about what an acquisition would look like.

    Let's just say it didn't end well...after declining to acquire Bambino Brands and after battling the mounting debt in the business I had had enough... I closed the doors on my first ecommerce business and handed the keys back to the landlord of the warehouse.

    $130,000 in debt, solicitors, suppliers and debt collectors constantly calling me at all times of the day and night. This went on for almost 12 months whilst I was doing the credit card shuffle...

    Going from interest free period to interest free period, scraping money together to first pay the suppliers. There was no way I was going bankrupt, I needed to pay back those who'd put their trust in me.


    As I was dodging another call from a cranky lawyer I saw an ad on Facebook for a new style of ecommerce business...

    I had stumbled upon Print on Demand ecommerce and it wasn't long before I was hooked, believing it was the answer to all my problems...

    The Moment I Found Success in POD...

    My first successful Teespring (a POD company) campaign ended up selling 125 units with an ad spend of around $100. 

    I'd just made $1,000 off a shirt I never had to touch, didn't print, didn't package or fulfil. I had the design redone (by a designer) and the next campaign sold 365 off about $500. 

    I'd just made another $3000 in little more than a week. It ran again with similar results...

    I. WAS. HOOKED.

    I was feeling excited. Actually excited is 1 hell of an understatement. It was like I'd just won the lottery...

    Finally I was seeing that it was possible to have all this debt paid off. 

    Bit by bit I was paying down the debt collectors and credit cards thanks to my winning phrases.

    And that is when things got absolutely insane.

    I had identified a massive opportunity. 

    Simple designs that could be scaled to over 30 other niches. 

    I launched a handful of designs to test my theory and the next morning woke up to see each one had profited about $200, I'd just made $1000 whilst I slept. 

    I quickly designed the other niches, launched the ads, went to bed (later that night) and saw that each one had done a similar thing to the previous nights earnings.

    This time, I hadn't just made $1000 of 5 shirts in 1 night... I'd made $6,000 off 30 shirts...IN A SINGLE NIGHT. In the space of 3 weeks, I'd made over $300,000. 

    I had completely maxed out all credit cards (that I'd been paying down) paying for the ad spend, however, this time I had money coming in that was going to go a long way to help pay back my debt collectors, suppliers & lawyers. 

    Of that $300,000 I had made $200,000! The rest, was for ads!

    Throughout the past 7 years online in POD there has been a lot of highs and lows that I have had to navigate, extreme success coupled with extremely lean periods, both with their own set of challenges to overcome. 

    I have learned many lessons, both good and bad, but here I am 7 years in, full-time marketing with the freedom that goes along with it.

    I've been lucky enough to raise my kids from home, seeing them grow from the first moments they entered our home, crawling through my legs, seeing their first steps, loving their toddling in to give me cuddles as they went about their days, hearing them laughing, giggling and having fun in the same place that I work and I've never missed an event they've had due to having to work.

    The reason I started in ecom all those years ago was because I was following my "Why". To this day, I still do, it is so strong that I am unshakeable in my belief that I will have a better tomorrow.

      Is PODHacks™ exclusively for POD Jewelry or do you help with other print on demand products as well?
      Great question, whilst there is a general focus on jewelry my expertise is much, much wider than the one product line. Thankfully I have years of experience selling other all different lines of products including Made on Demand Metal (which I ABSOLUTELY love), Sneakers, Blankets, Wall Art, Apparel, 3d Jewelry, Tumblers, Mugs and so much more.

      Whatever POD product type you're selling I help you create a clear roadmap with a 90 day strategy, tons of bi-weekly group coaching calls, accountability & written feedback that will get you to creating that 6 figure POD business and spending more time with your family.

      Will I be able to make my investment in the program back during the 3 months?

      Will you implement what I teach you? 😛, no one in business makes any money unless they implement what they learn. I teach you everything I've learned over the last 7 years making multiple 7 figures in POD, I am not holding anything back.

      The program is specifically designed to be actioned as you go, so that when you take action you can start getting results and making money as soon as possible. You will be able to implement what you learn immediately, and the tweaks you make to your business as we go could help you make money even from week 1. 

      Will I need money for ad spend and if so, how much?

      In order for you to get the most out of the program having an investment of at least $2,000 or more will help you you get started and learning from your data faster. On top of this $2,000 investment into ads you should also make ready additional funds in the extremely exciting event when you start getting your winners scaling. The more fuel you have to put into that fire the better as you will stand to make much more money, much faster.

      Why do you focus on POD?
      With POD we are spoilt for choice when it comes to being able to choose that we 100% know will sell, and will sell at volumes. With established suppliers we do not need to worry about inventory as we effectively have unlimited supply.

      Unlike dropshipping where you need to continually create all the different assets to get ready to sell, POD allows you to have your store set up in a way that allows you to purely focus on creating amazing designs to test, sell and ultimately scale.

      We don't need to worry about product creatives (images of the product), we don't need to worry about creating videos, we don't need to worry about setting up a new store for each product we launch. 1 store, many tests. There is so much less work in POD than in dropshipping and with the speed of testing we can find those winners much faster. 

      Why are there only limited spots with the Accelerator?
      The spots are deliberately limited due to the nature of the personal time I spend with each student + the group coaching calls. In order for me to serve each to my fullest I need to ensure I have enough time to allocate to those who not only invest in me, but in themselves. Too many and I would not be able to maintain the high level of care and attention I place on each person.

      On top of that, I have strict working hours that I am in the office, I do what I do not only because I love it, but to spend amazing quality time with my family. It's all about balance.

      I’m done with learning and I know I need to execute - why take another program?
      If you've already created a 6 or 7 figure POD business in a way that feels great to you - then yes, you don't need to join! However, if you haven't yet hit your goals, your learning is not over. This program is ALL about execution.       Is this another large group program where I get lost in the crowd?
      No. This group is deliberately intimate. I want to know all of you personally and be able to deep dive into your business with you. This is not another large group program. Instead you will have my attention on all sessions so that you get the answers you need for your unique business.

      I'm just getting started, is this program right for me?
      You better believe it is. I teach the fundamentals of what makes your print on demand business successful. Without my system it makes the industry that much harder. Have a clear strategy, a clear understanding of what works and what doesn't is integral to your longevity in the industry as well as making incredible money off little time.

      If you're so successful why do you need to coach others?
      Great question. Since 2017 I have been offering out tons of free content based on my own success in the industry. I've always had a desire to help others, from being a board member of my local chamber of commerce to being a former president of my sons soccer club, I want to help others and enjoy the process of giving back.

      I started Storehacks to give back to an industry that has given me so much. To help teach newcomers (and veterans) the best practises, the TRUTH behind POD. Too many guru's are leading people up the garden path encouraging black hat method's that only hurt the industry as a whole. 

      I love to see comments and thanks from others who I've been lucky enough to help and this is just another way to help even more people in a more impactful way.
